We are locally and family-owned. Our family has lived on Windmill Gap in the Rock, WV area for over 80+ years, and are thrilled to call it our home.
Our family walked up the mountain for three days carrying all they had on their backs and one mule in 1929. Since then, we have lived on Windmill Gap in Rock, WV. We were there before the roads when there were just dirt buggy trails. With paved roads, public water, and electricity, our little mountain has turned into a tourist hub for the Hatfield-McCoy Trail system. We welcome you like family and hope that you love our mountain just as much as we do.

We offer a self-check-in. A code for the door is sent to you upon confirmation of your booking. This code will be used to access the doors at the cabin. No need to wait in line! Just show up, and start riding!
Our cabins are just minutes from the Indian Ridge Trailhead!
Our prices are very competitive compared to others. A one week stay (6 nights, 7 days) is just $1,500!
